ShoWorks Add-ins

ShoWorks Add-ins are files or programs that GladStone or other users have written for the purpose of providing extra features that are specific to certain fairs. These programs are without warranty and are not supported by Gladstone.

ShoWorks Auction Companion

This add-in shows the most recent items being sold and automatically updates as buyers place their bid on each item.  This is the perfect solution to project onto a large screen during your sale to reward and provide exposure to your faithful buyers who support your sale.  Click here for more information.

Custom Reports

Custom reports (files below) are placed here for customers to download. The report(s) are stored in a blank data file where the user simply has to "import" the report into their own copy of ShoWorks. These reports provided "as is", without warranty and are not supported by Gladstone. Should you need modifications made for these reports, you will need to use Microsoft Access to make the changes directly to the reports.  For information on how to modify reports in ShoWorks using Microsoft Access, please see the following article: 113020 How to edit a report which was created in ShoWorks.

Steps to downloading and importing custom reports:

1. Download the custom reports file from the gladstone web site as specified by a technician. Note the location that you saved this file to.
2. Open ShoWorks as usual.
3. Select "File", then "Import" then "Import Reports".
4. Click the "Import" button.
5. Locate the file that you downloaded in step 1.
6. Click "Open"
7. Highlight (click) the report you wish to import.
8. Click "Ok" .
9. Click "Ok" to confirm that you have imported the report.
10. Click "Cancel" to return to the Custom Reports menu.
11. Note that the report will appear in the Custom Reports menu.

Custom Judging Sheets/Entry Tags     sw_sample_custom_reports.mdb (180KB)

This file contains various reports created from samples used in other fairs such as judging sheets and entry tags.  Please see above for information regarding modifying their formats.

Modified Preset Reports

These files modify Preset Reports in ShoWorks. To do so, download and save the appropriate file to the machine(s) needing the modification(s). Run ShoWorks and select Reports>>Manage Reports, then click the 'Preset' button and follow the onscreen instructions. Note, since this action will modify exisiting preset reports, any subsequent updates to ShoWorks will restore these modifications.
