Report Manager and ShoWorks Access Companion "ImagesList must be initialized before it can be used"ArticleID: 117050

Upon opening the Report Manager or ShoWorks Access Companion, you receive an error message:
ImagesList mist be initialized before it can be used
Microsoft Access needs updating
Run Windows Update (you may have to run it multiple times after each update so that new updates will appear) by selecting Start, then typing "Windows Update". Then restart Windows.
If the above solution does not work, you may need to uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Office (with Access) or completely uninstall/reinstall ShoWorks and/or Microsoft Access Runtime 2010, then run Windows Update.
