Some ShoWorks documents are provided in PDF format. If you are unable to access the file, download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
- Message "unable to launch Acrobat" appears even when Acrobat is already installed:
Make sure you have the most current Acrobat Reader version. Check the Adobe website for more information.
- Screen appears blank when you click a link to a PDF file:
Due to Acrobat and/or Internet settings, documents may first need to be saved to your computer before accessing them. Try right-clicking on the file link and choosing "Save Target As", "Save As" or similar option. Once the file has been downloaded to your computer, locate and double-click the file.
