Problem:

Links from online entries to external websites do not work.

Cause:

User did not provide correct HTML code for external links.

Solution:

Check web link by mousing over the link from the website and make sure that the address does not prepend the ShoWorks online entries website at the beginning of the link. See the following solution below.
