SYMPTOM
When attempting to make a backup of your data file, you receive a message:
Error Number: 75 Path/file access error
CAUSE
The location that ShoWorks places your backup files is missing or not accessible.
SOLUTION
Check to make sure all ShoWorks folders are not marked as Read Only and that there is a folder named "Data" located in the "Backups" folder where ShoWorks was installed (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\ShoWorks 20xx\Backups\Data)
Replace xx with your version of ShoWorks, such as 2020, 2016, etc
