SYMPTOM
Upon starting ShoWorks or the ShoWorks Access Companion, you receive an error message:
Can't find language dll msain.dll
CAUSE
Microsoft Access is corrupt.
SOLUTION
Uninstall ShoWorks, then uninstall Microsoft Access Runtime 2010 and Microsoft Office if present. If you had Microsoft Office present, reinstall Microsoft Office (must be Office 2010 32-bit or Office 2013 and 32-bit), then reinstall ShoWorks.
